Our intensive Tajweed course is aimed at enabling the students to recite the Quran with the correct pronunciation and articulation according to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
The course deals with all the relevant principles of Tajweed such as correct articulation points (Makharij), letter properties (Sifaat), or noon sakinah, meem sakinah and lam sakinah.
Tajweed course has a well organized curriculum which presents rules in a systematic manner, but a rule cannot be taught without mastering a notion before proceeding to the next rule. Assessments and feedback about progress are regularly administered to students and in personalized format. Our methodology in teaching is based on a combination of theoretical and practical knowledge of teaching in terms of Quran recitation.
By completing this course, students will be able to recite the Quran with proper Tajweed, understand the rules governing Quranic recitation, and develop a beautiful, correct recitation style. The course also helps in memorization (Hifz) as proper Tajweed makes memorization easier and more lasting.
