We have reached the morning and at this very time all sovereignty belongs to Allah, and all praise is for Allah. None has the right to be worshipped except Allah alone, Who has no partner.
ہم صبح کو پہنچ گئے اور اس وقت تمام بادشاہی اللہ کی ہے، اور تمام تعریف اللہ کے لیے ہے۔ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وہ اکیلا ہے اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں۔
Morning remembrance. Whoever says this in the morning has completed his obligation for that day.
O Allah, by You we enter the morning, and by You we enter the evening, and by You we live, and by You we die, and to You is the resurrection.
اے اللہ! تیرے ذریعے ہم صبح کرتے ہیں، تیرے ذریعے ہم شام کرتے ہیں، تیرے ذریعے ہم زندہ ہیں، تیرے ذریعے ہم مرتے ہیں، اور تیری ہی طرف لوٹنا ہے۔
Morning and evening supplication. Comprehensive remembrance of Allah.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men.
اے اللہ! میں تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں غم و پریشانی سے، کمزوری اور سستی سے، بخیل اور بزدل ہونے سے، قرض کے بوجھ سے اور مردوں کے غلبہ سے۔
Morning and evening protection. Comprehensive dua for all worries and difficulties.
Allah is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him. He is the Lord of the Majestic Throne.
اللہ میرے لیے کافی ہے۔ اس کے سوا کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں۔ میں نے اسی پر بھروسہ کیا ہے۔ وہ عرش عظیم کا رب ہے۔
Whoever says this seven times in the morning and evening, Allah will suffice him against all worries.
O Allah, grant me health in my body. O Allah, grant me health in my hearing. O Allah, grant me health in my sight. There is none worthy of worship but You.
اے اللہ! میرے جسم میں مجھے عافیت عطا فرما۔ اے اللہ! میرے کان میں مجھے عافیت عطا فرما۔ اے اللہ! میری آنکھ میں مجھے عافیت عطا فرما۔ تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔
Morning and evening supplication for protection of body, hearing and sight.
O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this life and the next.
اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے دنیا اور آخرت میں معافی اور عافیت مانگتا ہوں۔
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Ask Allah for pardon and well-being, for no one is given anything better than well-being."
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the declining of Your favor, and the passing of Your wellbeing, and the suddenness of Your vengeance, and all that which may cause Your wrath.
اے اللہ! میں تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں تیری نعمت کے زوال سے، تیری عافیت کے بدل جانے سے، تیری ناراضگی کے اچانک آنے سے، اور تیری ہر ناراضگی سے۔
Morning and evening protection from loss of blessings and Allah's wrath.
How perfect Allah is and I praise Him by the number of His creation, His pleasure, the weight of His Throne and the extent of His words.
اللہ پاک ہے اور میں اس کی حمد بیان کرتا ہوں اس کی مخلوقات کی تعداد کے برابر، اس کی رضا کے برابر، اس کے عرش کے وزن کے برابر اور اس کے کلمات کی سیاہی کے برابر۔
Morning remembrance. Immense rewards for this comprehensive tasbeeh.
I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet.
میں اللہ سے رب ہونے پر راضی ہوں، اسلام سے دین ہونے پر راضی ہوں اور محمد ﷺ سے نبی ہونے پر راضی ہوں۔
Whoever says this three times every morning and evening, it is Allah's right to please him on the Day of Judgment.
O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help. Rectify all my affairs and do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye.
اے ہمیشہ زندہ رہنے والے، اے قائم رکھنے والے، تیری رحمت کے ساتھ میں مدد مانگتا ہوں۔ میرے تمام معاملات درست فرما اور مجھے اپنے حال پر ایک آن کی لمحے کے لیے بھی نہ چھوڑ۔
Morning supplication for rectification of all affairs and continuous help from Allah.
In the name of Allah.
اللہ کے نام سے۔
Recite before starting to eat. If you forget in the beginning, say when you remember.
All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me, without any might or power from myself.
تمام تعریف اس اللہ کے لیے ہے جس نے مجھے یہ کھانا کھلایا اور مجھے یہ رزق دیا میرے کسی زور وقوت کے بغیر۔
Recite after finishing eating. Shows gratitude to Allah for His provisions.
O Allah, bless it for us and give us more of it.
اے اللہ! ہمارے لیے اس میں برکت دے اور ہمیں اس میں سے اور زیادہ عطا فرما۔
Specifically for drinking milk.
Thirst has gone, the veins are moistened, and the reward is confirmed, if Allah wills.
پیاس دور ہو گئی، رگیں تر ہو گئیں اور ثواب ثابت ہو گیا، اگر اللہ نے چاہا۔
Said when breaking fast (iftar).
O Allah, for You I have fasted, and with Your provision I break my fast.
اے اللہ! میں نے تیرے لیے روزہ رکھا اور تیرے رزق سے میں نے روزہ کھولا۔
Breaking fast dua.
In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.
اے اللہ تیرے نام کے ساتھ میں مرتا ہوں اور جیتا ہوں۔
Before sleeping. Comprehensive dua acknowledging life and death are in Allah's hands.
O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day You resurrect Your servants.
اے اللہ! مجھے اپنے عذاب سے بچا لے اس دن جب تو اپنے بندوں کو اٹھائے گا۔
Said three times before sleeping for protection from punishment.
All praise is for Allah who gave us life after having taken it from us and unto Him is the resurrection.
تمام تعریف اس اللہ کے لیے ہے جس نے ہمیں موت دینے کے بعد زندہ کیا اور اسی کی طرف دوبارہ اٹھنا ہے۔
After waking up. Acknowledges Allah's power over life and death.
Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں دنیا میں بھلائی عطا فرما اور آخرت میں بھی بھلائی عطا فرما اور ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا۔

Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
اے ہمارے رب! ہمارے دلوں کو ٹیڑھا نہ کر اس کے بعد کہ تو نے ہمیں ہدایت دے دی ہے اور ہمیں اپنی جانب سے رحمت عطا فرما۔ بے شک تو ہی بہت دینے والا ہے۔
